I drive that stretch of road every day coming to and from work and am always concerned about folks walking on the sides of the road, especially at dusk. It is such a dangerous area. There are more and more pedestrians on that stretch and no safe place or sidewalk for them to use. It was just a matter of time before this terrible thing happened. I would suggest sidewalks and a 35 mph speed limit to avoid further pedestrian injury.
