Police investigating apparent shooting incident

New Albany Police are apparently investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the Colonial Gardens Subdivision about 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Details were not immediately available because the investigation was in its early stages but officers were seen apparently searching for evidence on Honeysuckle Drive.

Also, a vehicle with Texas license plates was being searched and towed on Main Street near the Carter Avenue intersection and it was reported that two subjects had been taken into custody.
