Additionally, Tommy has served on the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council, the Foreign Language Club, and the Recycling Club. He has demonstrated athletic abilities as a member of the soccer, track, and cross-country teams.

Tommy is looking forward to his next challenge as a U.S. Air Force Academy student. “Receiving a nomination and being accepted to a Service Academy are both prestigious opportunities I hope to obtain,” Tommy said. “My goals in life are to be a known contributor in the advancement of aerospace engineering and exploration, serve my country, and lead and promote individuals to activate their talents and abilities to improve our world. By attending a Service Academy, I would have an unmatched education, honor my grandfather through service to my country, and reinforce my character with honor, integrity, and discipline.”
