Tupelo – Roger Floyd Moore was born in Mexico, Missouri on December 28, 1942, one of three sons born to the late David Arnold Moore and Carolyn Bradley Moore. On May 18, 1963, he married his sweetheart of 61 years, Sandra Sue Oller. To this union was born a son, Troy Lee Moore. Roger spent his life as a warehouse manager. In 1977, he moved with his family to Tupelo where he first worked for Triangle Distributors in Tupelo. He retired as Warehouse Distribution Manager at Hunter Douglas Corporation after 23 years, being the first hired at the plant at its Tupelo location.
