Ronnie Dean Brandon, 69

December 21, 1955 – January 13, 2025

FURRS COMMUNITY – Ronnie Dean Brandon died unexpectedly at his residence in the Furrs Community in the early morning hours of January 13, 2025. He was 69 years old. Born in Tupelo on December 21, 1955 to the late Dennis Brandon and Agnes Tackett Brandon, Ronnie lived his whole life in the Tupelo area. He graduated from Tupelo High School in 1973. He spent most of his life in the auto repair and auto sales business owning and operating Brandon Auto Sales. A man good with his hands and great sales skills, Ronnie enjoyed being in the car business and was very successful at it. He enjoyed NASCAR, hunting and fishing and playing golf every chance he had. A Baptist, Ronnie enjoyed the simple things of life especially caring for his family.

A service celebrating his earthly pilgrimage will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, January 15, 2025 in the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel at Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo with Bro. Tommy Winders officiating. Private burial will follow in the Brandon family plot at Endville Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon-service time Wed. only at Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo who are honored to be serving their friends. Ronnie is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sandra Lynn Elmore “Sandy” Brandon, to whom he was married in Tupelo on Oct. 26, 1979; a brother, Terry Brandon and wife, Dee of Tupelo; a nephew, Wesley Brandon, and a great niece, Madison Brandon; and a large host of friends and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter, Christy Brandon.

Pallbearers will be Pete Dees, Tommy Wilson, Allen Conner, Kevin Kirk, Bruce Krumche and David Pierce. Honorary pallbearers will be Hays Autumn, Eugene Dill , Craig Collier and Mike Koon.
