Sandra Gail Taylor Keith, 56

July 3, 1968 – April 4, 2025

Sandra Gail Taylor Keith, 56, of Pontotoc, passed away on April 4, 2025, at her home. Born on July 3, 1968, in Michigan, Sandra was the cherished daughter of the late James and Gloria Peterson Taylor.

A talented cosmetologist by trade, Sandra had a gift for making others feel beautiful. Her passion for hair and makeup was only matched by her love for writing poems, coloring, and singing. She never went a day without having her hair and makeup done—an outward reflection of her vibrant spirit and attention to detail.

Sandra was a member of Chesterville Calvary Baptist Church in Tupelo. She was known for her warmth, and creativity.

She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Pearman (Simon), and her son, Derek Keith (Veronica); her beloved grandchildren, John Gavin, Ethan, Reid, Dallas, Georgia, Breyer, Uzziah, Rosaliyah, Ruthanne, Asher, Ezra, and Ryliana; her sister, Kimberly Cochran; brothers, Tony Taylor (Kim) and Steven Taylor; her aunt, Janet Panagos (John), and her uncle, Eddy Peterson (Teresa); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family who will carry her memory forward.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; her grandparents, Frank and Thelma Taylor, and Golden and Veiler Peterson; her brother, James Douglas Taylor, her sister, Christy Ann Taylor Keith; and her nieces, Tiffany Cochran and Shana Taylor.

A celebration of Sandra’s life will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. at Chesterville Calvary Baptist Church in Tupelo. Visitation will begin at 1:00 P.M. and continue until the time of service.

Associated Family Funeral Home in Tupelo is honored to serve the Keith family during this time of remembrance.

Sandra will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered for the light she brought into the lives of everyone she touched.
