She is survived by 3 daughters: Sandra Hernandez (Lawrence) of Unitc, IL., Robyn Foreman of New Albany, and Sharon Pridemore of Aurora, IL.; 2 sons: James Gilbert Foreman, Jr., of Michigan and Robert Foreman of New Albany; 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: James Gilbert Foreman; 1 daughter: Bonnie Barkie; 3 sisters: Donna, Vurla, and Carol; and 2 brothers.
