Tallahatchie River Festival September 23, 2023

The City of New Albany and the New Albany Main Street Association welcomes country music’s “Little Texas” as our 2023 Tallahatchie Riverfest headliner. Little Texas has some of America’s #1 country music hits such as “God Blessed Texas”, “Kick A Little” and “What Might Have Been”. New Albany’s 2023 Tallahatchie Riverfest has been set for Saturday, September 23, 2023 with Marketplace starting at 9am-3pm and music on the Riverfest Stage at 4pm-9:30pm.

Reminder that this year’s Tallahatchie Riverfest has been restructured. The Riverfest stage will be placed on WEST BANKHEAD STREET between Farm Bureau and Barkley Travel Service. Spectators are asked to sit along the roadway to view the evening concert.

The New Albany Main Street Association encourages those attending the 2023 Tallahatchie Riverfest to use the following parking areas on Saturday, September 23rd:

BNA Bank Parking Lot (Upper and Lower)

Regions Parking Lot

First Methodist Church Parking Lot

First Baptist Church Parking Lot

Union County Library Parking Lot

Green Space Across the Bridge (Beside NAPA)

The New Albany Main Street Association officially welcomes our 2023 Tallahatchie Riverfest Annual T-Shirt design. These shirts will be available for PRESALE before the festival on September 20th, 21st and 22nd at the Magnolia Theatre located at 127 East Bankhead Street, New Albany, MS 38652. Shirts are $20.00 each (+$3.00 for any shirt 2X or larger). We accept CASH, CHECK AND DEBIT/CREDIT CARD.

West Bankhead Street and Main Street: CLOSED 5:30pm, Friday, September 22nd – 2:00am Sunday, September 24th. ‼️MAIN INTERSECTION WILL REMAIN OPEN‼️

Cooper Park Alley: CLOSED 5:30pm, Friday, September 22nd – 2:00am Sunday, September 24th.

Tallahatchie Nutrition and Southern Traditions Alley: CLOSED 5:30pm, Friday, September 22nd – 2:00am Sunday, September 24th.

Highland Street and Railroad Ave: CLOSED 5:30pm, Friday, September 22nd – 2:00am Sunday, September 24th.

East Bankhead Street and Court Street: CLOSED 5:30pm, Friday, September 22nd – 2:00am Sunday, September 24th.
