Tallahatchie River Players to hold auditions for radio style show -

Happy Summertime!

We will hold auditions June 18 & 19 at 6pm at the Magnolia Room at 135 E Bankhead Street, New Albany, for our next radio style show “Who Shot the Sheriff” by Alice M. Batzel, it is a western-murder mystery-comedy.

We are looking for 6-8 men and 3-4 women. This play has over 20 roles, but since we are doing it radio style, we will dual cast. This will give us a chance to use our talents of character portrayals.

We also need a person to perform the live sound effects. The foley table is very important to the show, because the sound effects give the added depth to the story. Please feel free to come to auditions or you may call Evelyn Mason at 662-317-9275 to discuss it with her.
