Tarrance Watson, 39

Tarrance Renaldo Watson was born in Corinth, MS on December 2, 1986 to Rose Watson of Corinth, MS and Eric Kirk of Guys, TN.   He accepted Christ at an early age at First Baptist Church, later on he joined Mason St. Luke Baptist Church where he was baptized.  The last church he attended before he departed this earth was Christ Centered Church where he met Pastor Tony Harris who would become a very important part of his life. He gave him a chance at life to becoming a better man for himself.

Tarrance loved playing ball with the kids, because he was a big kid at heart.  Tarrance was part of the Rat Pack Gang as a child, along with Tanesha, Bryan, Mario, Lynn and Roger.  Tarrance was a straight “A” student.  He was a great poetry artist, and he could quote scripture from the Bible.  He loved helping the elderly. His work stemmed around being an independent landscaper.

Tarrance is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dorothy and Gaston Perry and Maecell and Rufus Kirk; his sister, Shamika Kirk; aunt, Gail Watson; aunt Dorothy Whitten; uncles, Charles Watson and Clavin Kirk; great-aunts, Carolyn Johnson and Gloria Watson.

He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Karmen Watson of Selmer, TN; mother, Rose Watson of Cornith, MS; father, Eric Kirk (Tammie) of Guys, TN; the love of his life, Alisha McGriggs of Selmer, TN; four brothers, Tevin and DaShante’ Watson both of Corinth, MS, Deonta (Maddie) Kirk of Franklin, KY and Eric Swinney of Atlanta, GA; one sister, Angel Watson of Corinth, MS; two stepbrothers, Curtis and Caleb Campbell; aunts, Frances Watson, Belinda Patterson, Ethel Pollard and Gloria (Mike) Stafford; uncle, Robert (Cherrie) Watson; great-uncles, Larry (Gloria) Clark, Clifton (Bridgette) Clark and James (Gwalyn) Clark; great-aunts, Lynett Clark and Sheila Spence; a bonus daughter, Shania Boyd; a dear friend, Elease Trice and a father figure, Kendall Campbell; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
