Virginia Carrilee Williams, 89, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019 at her home. She was born December 26, 1929 in Union County to the late Marion and Armetha Pannell Grubbs. She was a homemaker. She loved working in her flowers. She was a faithful member of Martin Baptist Church, where she enjoyed teaching Sunday School.

Funeral services will be at 2:00p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2019 with Bro. Andy Russell and Bro. David Barnett officiating. Burial will be at Bethel Cemetery. United Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.

She is survived by one daughter, Brenda Williams; one son, Jerry Williams; four grandchildren, Shawn Williams (Nami), Robin Steen (Johnny), Jerry Williams, Jr. (Kim) and Ashley Hill (Travis); and by ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry V. “Pete” Williams; a son, Terry Williams and his wife, Janice; three sisters and three brothers.

Visitation will be at Martin Baptist Church on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 5:00p.m. till 8:00p.m. and on Wednesday from noon until service time.
