WC Hall, 84, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024, at New Albany Health and Rehab.
WC was born November 1, 1939, in Union County, to Willie M. Hall and Kittcure Lindsey Hall.
He has always been a self-employed man owning and operating the Farmers Market, mowing lawns, cutting wood. Of his hobbies, fishing would be listed as his favorite, but he also enjoyed going to church, going out to eat, and he always said that chopping wood was music to his ears.
His is survived by his wife Barbara Anne Merritt Hall, one son, Tim Hall, three bonus daughters, Teresa Brown (Ira), Glenda Floyd (Chris), and Wanda Gonzales (Michael), sisters, Doris Jean Chism (Bill), and Betty Lane Mahaffey (Mike), grandchildren, Debra Turner (Karl), Amanda Turner (Jacky), Brandon Turner (Jordyn), Jessica Gonzales, Shelby Gonzales, Joshua Gonzales, Tonya Graham, and Zack Martin, sixteen great-grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter Diane Turner.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2024, 5:00 PM-8:00 PM at Faith Assembly of God in Myrtle, MS, and again on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM with Bro. Mark Bishop and Bro. Tim Wigington officiating, with burial at Glenfield Memorial Park. All times will be at Faith Assembly of God. Pallbearers will be Charles Collins, Stacy Swann, Sammy Carroll, Joshua Gonzales, Brandon Turner, Anthony Stout, Brian Chism, and Jonah White, honorary pallbearers are John Stout and Nathan Chism.
