What is going on with the Magnolia Civic Center marquee?

New Albany, MS- Many have observed during recent days that much is missing from the marquee at New Albany’s Magnolia Civic Center. The sign has been disassembled for maintenance and repairs. Along with other maintenance work, some of the steel frame of the marquee is being replaced and re-welded.

It is expected the work will be complete and the familiar sign will be back in place in early August.
