Rhoda: the Damsel to be featured at Luncheon with Books

Friends of the Library sponsored Luncheon with Books will be held Tuesday, June 21, at the Jennie Stephens Smith Library in New Albany.

Mississippi author Julie Harrison Wallace will review her debut novel Rhoda: the Damsel. This is the fictional story of Rhoda cited in the Bible in Acts 12.

A light lunch will be provided by Democratic Women beginning at 11:30AM. The book review will begin at noon.

Lynn Madden, treasurer for Friends of the Library has received memorials for the Jennie Stephens Library for Pat Davidson, Ruby Tate, Florence Madison, and John David Pennebaker.
