Rain falls in New Albany, but more is needed
New Albany, MS- According to our favorite local weather reporter, Joe Wilson, of New Albany, our city received a little rain during the past night.
Joe tells us that his rain gauge registered 0.46 inch of moisture, which fell between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM on the morning of November 15th. Even with this shower, NAnewsweb.com reminds you that we are in a medium drought condition in our immediate area, and that a burn ban is still in force.
There are no showers predicted in the immediate future. The next possibility is Wednesday, November 23rd, the day before Thanksgiving. Perhaps we will get to be thankful for having received more rain on Thursday, along with our many other blessings.
