Bobby Joe McMillen, 76, passed away Friday, April 5, 2019 at New Albany Health and Rehab in New Albany. He was born January 15, 1943 in Ingomar to the late Alfred C. and Viola Wages McMillen. He was a retired sewing machine mechanic, having worked at Irwin B. Schwabe and other factories. He enjoyed gardening and his CB Radio. He was a Baptist.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 7, 2019 at United Funeral Service with Dr. Terry Cutrer officiating. Burial will be at Ingomar Cemetery. United Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, Mary Owens McMillen; a brother, J.W. McMillen of Ingomar; and several special nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Cynthia Ann McMillen; a sister, Carma Ruth McMillen; and three brothers, Perry McMillen, Ellie Floyd McMillen and Jimmy Dean McMillen.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
