Sunday morning crash kills 2, injures 3 others

The Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol was investigating a fatal head-on crash that happened about 8:30 a.m. Sunday.

The accident was on Hwy. 15 south of New Albany and near the County Road 88 intersection.

Medical Examiner-Investigator Pam Boman said that Christopher Farr, 22, and George K. Williamson, 55, died as a result of the crash. Two other victims were airlifted from the scene and one was transported by ground.

No other information had been made public Sunday.
