Ruby McGloflin, 81

August 13, 1944 – July 22, 2026

Ruby McGloflin, 81, of Pinson, TN passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. She was born on August 13, 1944, to the late Paul and Winnie Duncan.

Ruby was a faithful member of Pinson Church of God. She was known for her warm heart and friendly spirit and never met a stranger. She enjoyed watching westerns, Wheel of Fortune, playing bingo, and spending time with family and friends. Her kindness and welcoming personality will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ruby is survived by her children, Vernon McGloflin and Elizabeth McGloflin; her brothers, Paul Duncan (Judy) and Billy Duncan (Emily); her brothers-in-law, Roger Swope, Jerry Butler, and Sonny Pollock; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Winnie Duncan; her beloved husband, Ira Ray (Dickie) McGloflin; her brothers, Joe Duncan and Sammy Duncan; and her sisters, Beverly Swope, Louise Butler, Bonnie Pollock, and Susie Douglas.

Ruby will be remembered for her kindness, her friendly smile, and the joy she found in life’s simple pleasures. Her legacy of love and warmth will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

There will be a graveside service at County Line Baptist Church Cemetery in Robbs, Mississippi on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
