Infrastructure spending should have a high priority.

On the 20th anniversary of his death, former Lee County Sheriff Harold Ray Presley, is remembered by his nephew, Brandon Presley. Against all odds, Harold Ray rose above his rough beginnings to become the Sheriff of Lee County, Mississippi, where he battled drug problems and encouraged drop-outs to better their lives by getting their GED.
