More than 100 mothers and expectant mothers enjoyed the Baby Fair 2021 hosted by Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County, Saturday morning, May 1.

Most moms were accompanied by at least one support person as they visited with doctors and other medical personnel on a sunny morning with temperatures in the 70s. They received professional information, and a variety of tote bags and other useful items.

Fifteen members of the Baptist staff and four physicians were available to answer questions during the educational event.

Additionally, four students from the New Albany Public Schools IMPACTO program worked during the baby fair. IMPACTO is a college and career preparedness program for high school juniors and seniors.
