One of two victims in fatal Union County auto accident is identified

UPDATED:  1:30 P.M., 2-23-2022

NEMiss.News has confirmed from official sources the name of the adult victim who died when her automobile left the road and hit a tree. Dead is Amber McCann, age 28, of Baldwyn, MS.  The accident, which was also fatal to a young child, occurred Monday evening, February 21, on Highway 370 in Union County.

NEMiss.News, at the request of the father, is withholding identification of the child who also perished in the accident.
