Chancery Court Judge Jacqueline Mask administered the oath of office to newly-elected Union County officials Monday afternoon.
Judge Mask reminded those in the full courtroom of the important role local officials play in keeping our community safe and continuing to progress.
In doing so, she told about theologian Edward Kimberly, whose work influenced others including Dwight Moody, Billy Sunday and, eventually, Billy Graham.
Not present was Union County Prosecuting Attorney Joe Marshall Davis.
