Janean Hampton Parks, 52, of Destrehan, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice in Tupelo.

Born on March 17, 1974, in Fort Worth, Texas, Janean was the beloved daughter of Randall and Carla Hampton. Throughout her life, she was known for her strength, kindness, and the love she shared with those closest to her.

Janean’s greatest joy was her family. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Gavin Parks; her brother, Randall Hampton, Jr.; and her loving parents, Randall and Carla Hampton. Their lives were enriched by her presence, and her memory will continue to be treasured by all who knew and loved her.

She will be remembered for the lasting impact she made on the lives of her family and friends and for the many cherished memories they shared together.

There will be no public services at this time.
