Jeffrey Edwin Roberson, 53, of New Albany, passed away suddenly on Monday, May 18, 2026, at his residence.

Born December 18, 1972, to Doris Pannell and the late Jerry Roberson, Jeff was a member of Parks Baptist Church. He lived life to the fullest and never met a stranger. A true free spirit, Jeff loved riding and training horses and was always ready to take anyone up on a dare. He had a gift for making people laugh with his funny old stories and unforgettable personality.

Jeff enjoyed riding motorcycles, cooking, landscaping, and trying his luck at the casinos. An old soul at heart, he especially loved listening to classic country music, with Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams, and Willie Nelson among his favorites. More than anything, Jeff loved his family and the simple joys of life spent with those he cared about most.

Jeff is survived by his wife of eighteen years, Brandi Stroupe Roberson; three daughters, Ellie Mae Roberson of New Albany, Cheyenne Terry (Charles) of Ripley and Haylie Fondren Beasley (Bannan) of Aberdeen; one son, Amery Roberson of New Albany; his mother, Doris Pannell (Terry Huffstatler) of Pontotoc; one sister, Jennifer Roberson of Blue Mountain; two brothers, Zeke Roberson of New Albany and Chris Roberson (Beth) of Blue Springs; two grandchildren, Aubrey Stubbs and Mason Terry; and one stepdaughter.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Roberson; and his grandparents, Jo Ann and Lawrence Roberson and Lena and Amery Pannell.
