SHANNON – Joan Kinard Hood, 88, died Sunday, May 12, 2024 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo.

A celebration of life service will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, May 18, 2024, in the Sadie M. Holland Memorial Chapel at Holland Funeral Directors in Tupelo. Visitation will be from 10 AM to service time. Private burial will take place at Shannon Cemetery. For those unable to attend, the service will be livestreamed at 12 PM at hollandfuneraldirectors.com, where it will be archived afterward.
