Nashville, Tn./Wheeler, MS – Joseph Daniel Roberson departed this realm on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023 from his home in Nashville, TN. Joseph was 43 years old. He was born in Tupelo on Feb. 29, 1980 and graduated from Wheeler High School. Always interested in staying fit, Joseph enjoyed working out, all God’s creation, and being with his family as much as possible. He was the family “organizer” always planning outings and getting everyone together to enjoy the love and fellowship of kindred spirits. Joseph was talented with his hands and was working at the time of his death as a master service technician for Sprints Furniture in Ashland City. He loved all genres of music and was very deeply involved in recovery efforts in the greater Nashville area including the Nashville Rescue Mission and the Recovery Church of Nashville. A free spirited, happy soul, Joseph will be sorely missed by his family and large circle of friends.

A service celebrating his life will be held at 4 PM Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023, in the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with family and friends reflecting on his life. Visitation will begin at 3 PM on Sunday until service time.

Survivors include his mother, Jeanie Roberson of Wheeler; his children, Justice, Aliah, and Ava; a grandson, Colt Roberson; his siblings, Justice, Jeff, Gabriel, Dawn, and Elizabeth; numerous nieces and nephews and their families.
