Lee Jean Hall, 84, resident of Blue Mountain passed away peacefully October 19, 2023, surrounded by her family.

A Celebration honoring Mrs. Halls life will be 11:30 AM Saturday October 21, 2023, in the Heritage Chapel of the Ripley Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Baker and Bro. Clay Hall officiating. Visitation will be 10 AM until Service Time on Saturday October 21, 2023, at the Ripley Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hall was born February 7, 1939, in Hatchie to the late Troy and Ruby Nabors Crum. She received her education from Blue Mountain High School and was married to her beloved husband in 1957, the late Hon. Kevin Hall who precedes her in death. She was a cashier with Walmart for 20 years and employed with the Tippah County Hospital for 15 years before her retirement.

A Christan and faithful member of Macedonia Baptist Church, Mrs. Hall had a true servant’s heart and was very active in her church. She loved being outdoors, growing things, and being in God’s creation. Her favorite pastimes included traveling, riding motorcycles, and sharing time with her family. Being “Nana” was important to her as she will be remembered most for her famous tea cakes and the excitement, she brought to everyone on Christmas morning. Mrs. Hall’s sweet disposition, caring nature, and “bigger than life” personality will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish memories include two sons, Ricky Hall (Dabney), and Joey Hall (Patricia), seven grandchildren, Alicia Reeves (Ben), Will Hall (LaShundra), David Buchanan, Chase Hall, Nelson Hobart (Alissa), Justin Hobart, and Ann Lawson Hobart, five great grandchildren, Halli, Lizzie, Maddee, Rylee, and Emmitt, one sister, Betty Hill (Kenneth), and her canine companion, Kacy.

She is also preceded in death by her husband, Hon. Kevin Hall, father, Troy Crum, mother, Ruby Crum, and two sisters, Sandra Hardin and Clara Hardin.
