Museum Madness strikes New Albany at Union Co. Heritage Museum
As part of the state’s Bicentennial Celebration, today’s (June 20th) Museum Madness at the Union County Heritage Museum in New Albany, will host the very large floor map from Mississippi Geographic Alliance, which is part of the National Geographic Alliance Network.
The map was used with the campers from 9 a.m. – 10:30 and will be available to the general public until 2:30 at the museum. Campers created their own Mississippi topo map with all the hills rivers and streams as a part of the day’s activities.
Yesterday, as part of their activities, campers visited Clerance to watch trains and take in the sights at Crossing on the Green Park:
There are still many activities to participate in this week, and campers can still join the fun.
