Sandra Kay Ford, 78

Tupelo- Sandra Kay Ford, 78, died Saturday, September 2, 2023, peacefully at Magnolia Manor in Tupelo. She was born June 8, 1945, to William Jasper Thomas and Annie Maurine Paseur Thomas in Memphis, Tennessee. Sandra was best known as a waitress in the prime of the Executive Inn in Tupelo. After meeting and marrying Jerry Ford, she became a homemaker.

Sandra leaves behind two children, Richard Thomas, and Tamera Ford; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Rita Johnson, and Peggy Miller.

She was preceded by her parents, and husband.

Visitation will be 12 p.m. until service time Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Pegues, Tupelo.

Services honoring Sandra’s life will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Jefferson Street Chapel of Pegues with Rev. James Archambeault officiating. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery.
