Armed and dangerous shooting suspect at large: NAPD seeking information

EDITED 5:53 pm 7-10-2023:  NAPD Police Chief Chris Robertson has just notified NEMiss.News that Kentavious Demarion High is currently in custody. Charges will be placed tomorrow.

At approximately 3:00 PM today, July 10, 2023, a caller called the report that a shooter had fired shots into an occupied dwelling in the 500 block of Glade Street in New Albany. The dwelling was occupied at the time by adults, children and a baby. There were no injuries.

Kentavious Demarion High, of New Albany, is the suspect in this shooting. He is currently at large, and is to be considered armed and dangerous. High was last seen driving a tan 2006 Chevy Impala similar to the pictured vehicle. The personalized tag on the automobile is CACMOM.
