Tourism is seeking volunteers for Levitt concert series.

 My name is Evelyn Mason and I am working with the city tourism office to help secure volunteers that will help during the music series. We will need the support of many to make this a successful event!

We are reaching out to our communities, schools and universities, to not only ask for their help, but to offer the opportunity to be a part of the mechanics of a community outreach program.  We are trying to get the word out to groups, individuals and we are interested in contacting several department heads – band, music & arts, marketing research, cultural relations, to see if they would be willing to help me make contact with their students. A few of the areas we need help with will be crowd counters, survey takers, hospitality workers plus other areas.
