Brent Craig Herring, 54 years old, born June 20, 1969, Died Monday, December 4, 2023.
Brent was born in Tupelo, MS but lived in Horn Lake, MS all his life. He was married to Veronica (Knight) Herring for 29 years. He leaves behind his wife, Veronica, of Horn Lake, MS; his daughter, Hannah Herring, of Atlanta, GA; his parents, Joyce and Jim Herring, of Coldwater, MS; his brother, Brian Herring, of Southaven, MS; and his father-in-law, Freddie Knight, of Horn Lake, MS.
Brent graduated from Horn Lake High School in 1987, and worked for Fitzgerald’s Casino in Tunica, MS for 25 years.
A visitation for Brent will be at United Funeral Service in New Albany, MS on Friday, December 8, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. A visitation will be Saturday from 12 noon until the start of the service at 2:00pm at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home in Southaven, MS. Burial will also be at Twin Oaks.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; John and Toie Simpson; paternal grandparents, Thad and Ruby Herring; and mother-in-law Rosemary Knight.
The pall bearers will be Greg Crowder, Michael Charles, Tim Simpson, Tate Simpson, John Simpson, and Benjamin Hanna.
