Danny Louis Brazil, 72

November 9, 1951 – December 27, 2023

Tupelo- Danny Louis Brazil, 72, died Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born November 9, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio to Louis Adren Brazil and Faye McCreary Redding. Following his high school graduation, he became a sought-after brick mason. He was also a talented country music singer. In 1971, he married Nada Brazil and they soon began to grow their family. Danny enjoyed being outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing, gardening, and yard-work.

Danny is survived by three children, David Brazil (Jessica) of Saltillo, Shelley Bouncheareune (Aire) of Mobile, and Donny Deaton (Cecilia) of Mobile and their mother, Nada Brazil of Mobile, Alabama; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two sisters; and two brothers.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three children; and one sister.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. until service time Sunday December 31, 2023, at Pegues, Tupelo.

Services honoring his life will be 1 p.m. Sunday, December 31, 2023, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of Pegues, Tupelo, with Bro. Neal Ramage officiating. Burial will follow at Gilvo Cemetery.
