John Britton McNeely, 55

February 9, 1969 – March 7, 2024

New Albany-John Britton McNeely, 55, departed this life unexpectedly on Thursday, March 7, 2024. He was born February 9, 1969, to Randy McNeely and Linda McNeely Tutor. To know John, was to love him. He loved life and lived life to the fullest. His personality was as colorful as the crazy socks he wore. He was a gamer who enjoyed making short videos, song writing, and ghost hunting. John was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Services to honor his life will be on Wednesday, March 12, at 2:00pm at United Funeral Service with Bro. Larry Harrison and Bro. Robert Davis officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5:00 – 8:00pm and on Wednesday from 12 noon until the start of the service. Burial will be at Keownville Cemetery.
He is survived by his loving mother and father, Linda and Jerry Tutor, stepbrothers Kyle and Bruce Tutor and their families, cousins Dwayne and Barry Roaton and their families, two uncles and a host of cousins on the McNeely side of the family. He is preceded in death by father.
