Mark Lee Robinson, Jr., 25

June 5, 1998 – January 28, 2024

Mark Lee Robinson, Jr., 25, resident of New Albany passed away Sunday, January 25, 2024, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Funeral services honoring the life of Mark will be Friday, February 2, 2024, at 2PM in the Memory Chapel of New Albany with Bro. Jeff Lawrence officiating.  Visitation will be from 11AM until time of service.

Mark was born in New Albany on June 5, 1998, he was the son of Mark Lee and Leslie Chism Robinson Sr. of New Albany.  He received his education from the New Albany Public School System and was employed at Nico’s as a cook.

A Christian, Mark will be remembered as selfless, loving, spontaneous and unpredictable.  Those that knew him never knew if he was telling “his” story or the real story.  He loved keeping people on their toes.  Some of his favorite past times included working on anything that needed fixed, video games and spending time at family events.  His love for his family, especially his kids will never be forgotten.

Those left to cherish his memories include his daughter, Brisa Robinson, his son, Gatlynn Lee Robinson, his parents, two sisters, Monica Chandler and Bethany Robinson, his grandmother, Elizabeth Robinson, his grandfather Ronald Chism, one aunt and uncle, Christy Robinson (Danny, two cousins Isabella and Piper, and his best friend and mother of his children, Beatrice Romero.  Mark was preceded in death by his special grandaddy Danny Robinson.

Pallbears will be Mary Lee Robinson, Benjamin Yarbrough, Matthew Rakestraw, Chris Joshlin and Brandon Robinson.
