October 28, 1947  –  August 26, 2023

TUPELO – Sandra Ann Warren Burns entered the Church Triumphant from Sanctuary Hospice House in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 26, 2023. She was 75 years old. Sandra and Walter Burns married in Okolona on Dec. 28, 1968, a marriage of almost 55 years. A MS State graduate, Sandra received a degree in Education. She spent almost 40 years as Office Manager of B and B Concrete in Tupelo. She and Walter were faithful members of St. Luke United Methodist Church in Tupelo.

A service celebrating her life will be held at 3 PM Thursday, August 31, 2023 in the Sanctuary of St. Luke United Methodist Church with burial in Lee Memorial Park. A reception will begin at 12:30 PM-2:30 in the Fellowship Hall at St. Luke, with food provided. The family will greet friends in the Church Narthex from 1PM-3 PM.
