Benton, Arkansas- Stormy Lee Franklin Smith, 78, departed this life on Sunday, January 28, 2024. He was born May 3, 1945 to Stormy Lee Franklin and Eileen Keough Smith. He served our great nation in the Air Force. He was a Program Manager for the State of Arkansas Health Care and he loved his work. Mr. Stormy was an outgoing man, he enjoyed visiting with everyone. His hobbies included fishing and photography. He was a loving man who loved people and people loved him. He will be missed by so many.
Services to honor his life will be on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at United Funeral Service at 3:00pm. Burial will be at Liberty Baptist Cemetery.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dianne Lynn Garrett Smith, one son, Jared Smith (Jennifer), two sisters, Penny, and Polly Smith, one brother, Jeff Smith, and two grandchildren Matthew and Natalie Smith. He is preceded in death by his parents,
