Thomas Wayne Walls, passed away on October 21, 2023, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was 72 years old. Thomas was born in Mississippi on January 1, 1951, to his parents, Ottis Wayne Walls and Oweda Sue Wilson Walls.

Thomas’s memory will be forever cherished by his loving family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Carolyn Prather Walls, who stood by his side throughout their journey together. He leaves behind two daughters, Letisha Walls and Michelle Walls, who held a special place in his heart. Thomas also had the joy of being a beloved grandfather to four grandchildren, and he had the pleasure of witnessing the arrival of two great-grandchildren, a testament to the lasting legacy he leaves behind.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Ottis Wayne Walls and Oweda Sue Wilson Walls. Their memory will forever be intertwined with his, as they were the foundation of his life.

Before his health declined, Thomas found great satisfaction and joy in working on cars. His passion for automobiles was evident to all who knew him, and he could often be found tinkering and repairing, sharing his knowledge and skills with friends and family. His dedication to his hobby was a testament to his determination and his ability to find joy in even the simplest of pleasures.

As we say our farewells, may we remember the joy, love, and dedication that Thomas brought into the world. May he rest in eternal peace, and may his family find solace in the cherished memories they shared with him.
