Deborah Lynn Bell, 73, of Blue Springs, passed away on December 1, 2023, at Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born on August 19, 1950, to Wardy Ray Bell and Marion Frances Jarrett Bell.

Deborah is survived by her loving daughter, Rebecca Caples, who was a source of joy and pride in her life. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Frances Paulette Bell-Miller, with whom she shared a lifetime of memories.

Deborah was a woman of many passions and interests. She found immense joy in playing the piano, singing, and listening to the harmonious melodies of the Gaither Vocal Band. Her love for nature was evident in her fascination with Red Cardinals and the graceful dance of hummingbirds. She could often be found enjoying the simple pleasures of life, watching Hallmark movies and reveling in the playful charm of French bulldog puppies.

Known for her witty sense of humor, Deborah affectionately referred to herself as “Miss Google,” showcasing her love for knowledge and a good laugh. She found solace in the timeless tunes of Kenny Rogers and expressed herself through her vibrant fashion choices, adorning herself with big, gaudy jewelry and colorful clothes that reflected her lively spirit. Her favorite color, emerald green, mirrored the vibrancy that she brought to every room she entered.
