Keith Ellis Orman Sr., 59, resident of Walnut, passed away peacefully January 21, 2024, at Magnolia Reginal Health Center in Corinth.

Funeral Services honoring the life of Mr. Orman will be 2 PM Saturday January 27, 2024, at Jesus Name Community Church with Bro Corey Porterfield and Bishop Gary Porterfield officiating. Visitation will be 5 PM until 8 PM Friday January 26, 2024, at Jesus Name Community Church and will continue 11 AM until Service Time on Saturday. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in the Theo Community.

Born August 10, 1964, in Tippah County, Mr. Orman was the son of the late Earnest Lavern and Frances Pauline Manley Orman. He received his education from Walnut High School and was married April 12, 1986, to his beloved wife, Cynthia Shirley Orman who survives. A firm believer in hard work and true provider for his family, Mr. Orman was a self-taught Roofer at a young age and was owner and operator of Orman Roofing for twenty-three years before his retirement.

A Christian, Mr. Orman’s favorite pastimes included riding side by sides, fishing, farming, caring for his cows, and dancing with his wife. He was a wonderful neighbor, who always seized the opportunity to help folks out in his community. Above all, Mr. Orman’s greatest love came from his family. He truly thought his grandchildren “hung the moon” and there wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for them. He played a special part in his family’s life and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his wife of thirty-eight years, Cynthia Orman, memories will continue to be shared by one daughter, Kimberly Lewis (Justin), one son, Keith Orman, Jr. (Tiffany), three grandchildren, Allyson and Jaxson Lewis, and Raven Bowen, one sister, Amy Meeks (Brian), three brothers, Eddie Orman, Richard Orman, and Jimmy Orman, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by two sisters, Debbie Jean Taylor, and Judy Byrd.
