Miles Whitten “Whit” Bennett

Whit made his appearance on August 30, 2023. He departed on September 5, 2023. He was a feisty little fighter who gave his all. He was loved by all, and his fighting spirit touched many. His brief life has already changed the world.
He is survived by his parents, Miles and Kaitlin Bennett of Southaven, MS; his sister Marlaina Elizabeth “Lainey” Bennett; his maternal grandparents, Mike and Joyce Goodman and Charlotte Sisk; his paternal grandparents, Chris and Kim Bennett and Jennifer and Brett Marshall; his maternal great grandparents, Chuck and Cindy Rosenblatt and Naomi Sisk; his paternal great grandparents, Barbara Bennett and Dennis and Corrine Scott.
Whit was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Phillip Goodman; his great grandfather, Fred Sisk; and his paternal great grandfather, Bobby Miles Bennett.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Martin Cemetery in New Albany
